Our compliance program helps to ensure honesty and integrity by also:
- Establishing company Standards of Conduct,
- Complying with applicable Federal and State laws, rules and regulations,
- Detecting, reducing and eliminating fraud, waste and abuse (FWA)
- Creating and maintaining open lines of communication with our employees, members, providers.
Clarion Health prohibits intimidation, retaliation or other abuse of any kind against individuals who have made good faith reports or complaints of non-compliance, non-adherence to the Standards of Conduct, or other known or suspected illegal or unethical conduct. Clarion Health has established a Compliance Hotline to confidentially and anonymously report any issues or concerns on compliance and other issues. The Compliance Hotline is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and is supported by an independent organization.
